Hi folks, I've been unable to reproduce this issue on my side. Do you have more information on how you're running these sessions -- are they solo, or in a squad? Did you experience a host migration, possibly?

Hello again! We’ve got this small Hotfix to quickly address crashes and other important-to-fix issues that came after this morning’s Hotfix #4 release. 

Fixes: 

• Fixed many crashes caused by squadmate kills contributing to Koumei’s Omikiju challenges. 
  • In order to stop the rampant crashes, we’ve temporarily reverted the change that went out in this morning’s ...

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Meaning that it will download as you would expect an update to.

Hi Tenno, the team looked into this and unfortunately this requires a code fix, meaning it'll have to come in our next Cert update. We've updated our Known Issues thread accordingly.

Hi Tenno! I can confirm that spawn issues for uncommon conservation targets is a known issue, and it's a top priority for us to fix. Thank you everyone who reported this.

This is a known issue, the team is working on a fix. Currently the workaround is to start the mission from your Orbiter.
